Praise

Just four months ago I was nearly scared out of my wits as to how I would be able to handle the new position as general manager.

It was a nerve-wracking time, but I jumped in and I haven't sunk! I've had nearly everything that could be, thrown at me in these first few months.

Yesterday I received my Christmas bonus inside a card. The bonus itself was not a surprise, as I'm the one that does payroll and prints all the checks - but the message inside was nice:

"We are glad you stepped up as the new general manager - it's been going great. Thanks for all of your hard work & loyalty!"
