Okay, so after searching and reading a bit further - what I thought might be the case - seems to be true. I'm guessing I'm not going to find any sort of Winnie the Pooh kits because of the copyrights and trademarks to Disney. This disappoints me greatly, as I'd love to create my own original invitation using the adorable Pooh Bear.
Now to come up with another idea....

You may not be able to use pooh bear, but maybe you can find someting with bumblebee's and honeypots.......I have an image in my head but can fully describe it......I'm no "digi-scrapper" but I'll look and see what I can find....what colors are in the "patchwork" set?
What about making the invitation look like the patchwork quilt and incorporating the hunny pots and bees? That would still look adorable!
Unfortunately, copyrights prevent a lot of public uses:-( I like Jess' idea of making it look like patchwork though!
